The provider offers support services for the active versions of the 3D products.
The support services include:
Access to Revalize Global Customer Support via the support portal ( https://support.revalizesoftware.com ) which allows customers to submit support requests, view and respond to existing cases and access the online knowledgebase at any time
Live access to Revalize Global Customer Support by phone for support and callback assistance from 8:00 to 17:00 CET (UTC +01:00) from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
Technical support for documented product functions
Does not include the provision of new versions or software updates
If the customer cancels support, he acknowledges and agrees that he will not only no longer receive support, but will also no longer have access to the support portal, the Global Customer Support Team or the knowledge database.
