Important information: TENADO Service Center will be shut down
In the course of the continuous development of our services, the TENADO Service Center will be shut down on 30.12.2025 and completely replaced by the Revalize Customer Portal .
What does this mean for you?
- The Service Center will no longer be available from 31.12.2025.
- Customers with an active Premium Care contract do not need to do anything else: all functions are available in the customer portal.
- Customers without Premium Care should take important measures; you can find out what these are in our FAQ.
The Service Center will remain accessible until 30.12.2025 and will then be completely shut down. For more information, please see our FAQ.
